By accessing or using SubNova (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. SubNova is operated by an independent developer ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Service Description
SubNova is a web-based service that generates karaoke subtitle videos. Users upload their own video files, and the Service matches lyrics and produces timed subtitle overlay videos for personal use.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to: (a) infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights; (b) distribute copyrighted material without authorization; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service; (d) use automated bots or scripts to abuse the Service beyond rate limits.
5. User Content & Copyright
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable copyright laws. SubNova does not host or store copyrighted music. The Service processes publicly available third-party lyrics databases. Generated videos are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions for any video or audio content you upload or submit to the Service.
6. Accounts & Billing
Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely through PayPal. You agree to provide accurate billing information. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
7. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you are not satisfied with the Service within 7 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting us at sup@goodvibe.toys. After the 7-day window, no refunds are provided for partial billing periods. If the Service fails to deliver a usable video due to a system error, the render credit will be restored to your account. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your PayPal subscription settings, or by contacting us at sup@goodvibe.toys.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SubNova be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
